If you have the feeling that you have so much energy and you don;t know what to do with it don't press your self do whatever can make you feel ok and spend that energy there .You will feel free and liberate.
Today the temperature is rising again ,we did not have the opportunity to take them to the sea and they wanted something to play with ,because hot can make you feel uncomfortable.At night i did'nt sleep early for the same reason and when i woke up i didn't go for shopping but i had this marvelous idea and spend there my energy and the children's too!We made some good home bread and the children played with pasta and made beautiful designs.Here the results.By the way this my recipe and a link for making coloured pasta.Good luck!!!!!!!!
